Here is the lowdown on the schedule for the weekend.

If you’re curious about what is happening when, this is the place to be.

Friday

  • Check-in - 3:00 PM

    Join us at the Pineapple Beach Club on Friday, October 11, 2024 after 3:00pm. For those you who are staying with us, we will have your room assigned with your names on each suite door. Parking is underneath the house for 10 vehicles, and we will be around to greet you. If you have your own accommodations, please get settled and join us Friday evening for dinner.

  • Ceremony Planning/Family Gathering - 5:00 PM

    Check the weather and make alternative plans if rain is forecasted. Scope out the tables and chairs. Make a plan for setting them up after breakfast in the morning.

  • Dinner - 7:00 PM

    Dinner will be pizza for the family and friends staying at the house and arriving throughout the evening. Parking will be limited at the houses, especially as house guests are arriving and unloading.

  • Wind Down Time - 8:00 PM

    Encourage parents to get the kids in bed so the adults can have some time to relax and catch up.

Saturday

  • Breakfast - 8:00 AM

    Come and go breakfast for house guests: casseroles, fruit, bagels, toast, juice, coffee. We encourage early rising guests to keep yourselves occupied in your room, or exit quietly to the beach until breakfast at 8am.

  • Preparing for the Ceremony - 9:30 AM

    Guests begin arriving. We need a little help setting up the chairs and decorations.

  • Photographer Arrives - 10:00 AM

    Please be getting dressed and making sure all of your personal belongings are in your room. The photographer will be about the grounds taking candid shots throughout the day.

  • The Wedding Ceremony - 10:30

    Make sure you are on site, dressed, and ready for photos by 10:45. This will not be a long ceremony, and we want to make sure all attending are present. We also are requesting a few quick photographs of the entire guest list, so please, be prepared.

  • Lunch - 11:30

    All guests are invited to join us for heavy charcuterie boards, fruit, with Bourbon & Bubbles, and a wedding cupcake for all.

  • Beach Games - 1:30

    Fun in the sun! Lots of time for everyone to hangout and enjoy the beach and heated pool.

  • Dinner - 7:00 PM

    Everyone is invited for a Low-country boil.

  • Game Time - 3:30-8:00 PM

    The Gators will be on the big screen, pool is open, fire pit, and of course beach time with great family and friend camaraderie.

Sunday

  • Brunch - 10:00 AM

    All guests are invited to join us out for brunch at a local outdoor breakfast spot. We encourage early rising house guests to keep yourselves occupied in your room, or exit quietly to the beach prior to 9:30am.

  • Pool and Beach Time

    This is a great time to explore the area, relax, and enjoy the beach and pool. We may do some grilling of hot dogs and hamburgers on the deck for lunch.

  • Dinner - 7:00 PM

    Dinner will be available for all guests. Those not staying on site, please find parking (limited on site). We will update this within the next few weeks.

  • Quiet Time - 8:00 PM

    We encourage parents to get kids in bed so that the adults man have some time to relax and continue to catch up.

Monday

  • Breakfast - 8:00 AM

    Last morning at the Pineapple Club. We will host a come and go breakfast for house guests: casseroles, fruit, bagels, toast, juice, coffee. We encourage early rising guests to keep to yourselves, exit quietly to the beach, pack up, and/or stay occupied in your room until 7am.

  • Checkout - 10:00 AM

    Please gather all of your belongings, pack up your vehicle safely, and enjoy a safe trip home! Thank you for joining us for our special weekend.
